There are multiple services that we provide.

1. Self-Transformation Awareness Training (for Students up to College levels):
Students mostly get academic and subject knowledge in Schools and Colleges but are not prepared for other areas of life, nor are they ready to hit the ground running as they get into a professional career. Self-Transformation Awareness Training is a group training provided directly at schools and colleges in collaboration with the institution’s management. In this training, students are provided with awareness on:
The unique purpose of each individual
• The unique set of abilities and talents in each individual, and how they can identify it
• The steps to grow in skills and become an expert in this area
• The steps to connect these skills with the individual’s future career and profession
• Holistic education (360-degree life skills)

The holistic education or 360-degree life skills prepare an individual in all major areas of self-development, so that s/he is better prepared to face life, without the trial and error method, and helps them avoid common pitfalls. Some of the life skills awareness are:

No, the initial group training, ‘Self-Transformation Awareness Training’ is a first step, Level 1 training that provides overall general awareness in students (and parents) on the topics listed in the above 2 questions. For those who would like to take a deep dive and prepare themselves, we provided one-to-one Level 2 Coaching and Level 3 Mentoring options.

Level 2 Coaching is a one-to-one individual online engagement with the Coach, where firstly the Coachee goes through a detailed self-assessment, and then a deep-dive knowledge of each of the above topics and more is provided. This online engagement program is for a duration of 8 weeks, with one session of 1 hour per week, and the Fee is Rs.10,000/-. This coaching is limited to only 5 individuals per coaching cycle.

Level 2 Mentoring is a one-to-one individual online engagement with the Mentoree, who has already completed Level 2 Coaching. In this mentoring, the individual further goes through a deeper assessment to analyze their talent’s alignment with career goals and plans. The holistic advanced life skills are provided along with learning of integration with various AI tools. This online engagement program is for a duration of 6 months, with one session of 1 hour per week. The Level 2 Coaching is a total of 16 weeks, and the Fee is Rs.50,000/-. This coaching is limited to only 5 individuals per mentoring cycle.

Corporate Training for professionals is provided to corporate companies, businesses, and government organizations, based on their company needs. These trainings can be customized based on topics, number of participants, durations, and preference of in-person or online training. The pricing is based on these criteria.

Executive Mentoring is a service available for Corporate and Business Executives and Top Executives, who would like to assess themselves (both personally and professionally) and desire to scale their impact and influence to become more efficient in their organization and business. This Mentorship helps them to navigate their current challenges through critical thinking and strategies, and stay clear of any distractions as they plan for exponential growth and success. This Mentorship is a long-term guide program that needs a commitment of at least 6 months, and at least 2 sessions per month. The Mentorship program can be either in-person, online, or a hybrid model based on a mutually convenient schedule. The pricing is Rs.1,00,000 per month. The Executive Mentoring is limited to only 6 individuals per cycle.

The Pre-Marital Counseling Service is provided for individuals who are ready or planning to get married in the near future (within 6 months). This counseling is provided based on Biblical principles, which prepare both individuals for a purposeful, happy, and successful married life. The counseling sessions are conducted for both, the would-be-bride and the would-be-groom together and are provided online, with exceptions for those located in Bangalore (as an additional option). The counseling session duration is a total of 4 hours, with the option to have it in 1 single session, or 2 sessions of 2 hours each. The Fee is Rs.5000/- per person.
